Thanks to the contributions of our different partners, the CDEC CDN/NDG offers several investment funds in the form of conventional or profit sharing loans to entrepreneurs such as self-employed workers, for-profit businesses, social economy businesses and workers cooperatives.

The financial support we offer is for businesses located in the borough of Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.

At the CDEC CDN/NDG, we offer financial support and coaching for all stages of your business project. We differ from traditional financing sources because we are more flexible, we take greater risks and we support your working capital needs.

Our financial analysts work with you through start-up and expansion by offering the following services:

·         Support in searching for financing;

·         Preparation of financial statements;

·         Loans (FLI, Local Funds, FDEM, FACILE);

·         Coaching and follow-up.

Grant:

Young Promoters (YP):

This fund supports young entrepreneurs (from 18 to 35 years of age) by offering technical and financial support to the start-up of a first or second business.

The program is offered in collaboration with SAJE Montréal-Centre.

The financial support is in the form of a non-refundable amount established as follows:

·         Component A " Development of business project"

§ Financial support may reach 90% of actually incurred eligible expenses up to a maximum amount of $6,000 (before taxes).

·         Component B " Creation of a first or second business "

§ Financial support per entrepreneur is $8,000;

§ Maximum number of entrepreneurs who may receive financial support for the same project is two;

·         Component C " Training of the entrepreneur"

§ Financial support for eligible spending up to a maximum amount of $1,000 per promoter (before taxes).
