The Budget d'initiatives locales (BIL) is a fund that supports local initiatives projects that aim to develop, prepare and promote the employment potential of unemployed persons. These projects help people get into the labour market through new approaches to existing problems. Priority is given to a clientele that is receiving employment assistance benefits, employment insurance benefits or who are without income, whose precarious financial situation represents a barrier to the development of their employment potential. |
