Since 1992, the CDEC has joined forces with other organizations in the economic and community development in its territory by supporting projects that have a structuring effect. Our activities and projects are built around the following: the physical environment, sense of community and quality of life.

The CDEC CDN/NDG has been at the forefront of community development proposing interventions to improve living standards, services and the environment of our population.
Local development planning with long term perspectives and external resource mobilization to revitalize the two neighbourhoods.
Active participation in structures et forums of community development.
Strenghtning and consolidation of social climat and cohesion.

Local development projects generate economic spin-offs that can increase the quality of life and reinforce social cohesion through improvement of the physical and human environment.
